Eden’s POV
Moving around the kitchen, I hum along to a song that’s playing on my phone as the wind rattles around the cabin outside. The rain has picked up in the last ten minutes and I’m a little worried about Harrison being out in this weather.
Checking my prep for dinner I nod to myself, all I need is the few bits from the store and I’ll be good to go. Grabbing a coffee from the machine, I make my way into the living room, sinking into the couch, and wriggle my toes to stave off the cold that nibbles at my extremities through my thick woollen socks. I wish that I had the foresight to ask Harrison to make up the fire before he left as the storm combined with the old cabin is leaving me on the chilly side.
I place my phone beside me on the chair, and pick up my laptop, resting it on m……
