Amanda's POV

I glanced at the phone for some second to try and give myself some time to collect myself before picking up the call.

"Hello?"

"Amanda. I need to see you in my office now," his voice was stern and low.

What did I do this time? Why was he sounding so indifferent?

"Alright. I'll be there now," I responded.

He only grunted in response and ended the call leaving me staring at the phone in a confused state.

What was wrong?

He was acting as though he was mad at me but why?

What would have made him that mad?

What further made me confused was the fact that he waved at me earlier today when I was getting into the office. Why then was he acting strange?
