Amelia's POV

I've not been myself right from when I heard that everyone believed that I was dead.

It was something so devastating, I was hoping to take everyone by surprise including Elena and now everyone believes that I am dead.

If it hadn't gotten to Alpha Barker I would have been less concerned because I don't the state he will be in when he finally hears about my death.

I thought it was just a joke till when I heard Marrock say it by himself. I lost all the strength within me at that time. It looked like I was truly dead.

Marrock stayed with me inside my room, kept staring at me, and also asked if I was ready to talk every thirty minutes.

I wasn't ready to talk until I heard Ellan call him again.
