Cat's POV
I wouldn't have believed it if anyone had told me that after seven years Landon would come back to stake his claim on me. I thought I would never get to see him again, but I guess I was wrong. But it looked like the universe had other plans for me.
'' Cat... look at me and believe me when I say that I have been looking for you for years, just to make it up to you,'' Ladon lowered his voice as he brought his hand to the corner of my face.
'' I am sorry for all I did, you didn't deserve any of it. I was young and I was a fool, but I will try all I can to make it up to you. I promise you that, but please do not do this,'' Ladon whispered with a remorseful look on his face.
'' Get your hands off me, Ladon,'' I yelled as I pulled up the arm of my dres……
