I still couldn't get her off my mind because, for the very first time, I felt it, ''The mate's bond.'' It was strange because I never thought I would feel the bond with anyone and honestly I never wanted to. I was okay with being called the city's bad boy and not committing to anyone at all. So I guess the moon goddess hates me. Why would she have to mate me with a stranger?
'' Oh brother you look like a mess,'' Ashina said immediately as I walked through the front door.
'' I know, thank you for noticing,'' I responded as I walked towards my room.
'' You didn't look this bad when you left this house. Wait, don't tell me you are into b**m or some kinky s*x stuff.'' Ashina asked as she followed me into my room.
