I had no business being here. That much I was certain of, but even so, I simply hadn’t been able to help myself. It was like I had been drawn here by some external force of nature—but then again, I always found myself drawn here by some external force.
Whether I liked admitting it or not, I was here because I wanted to be here. I wasn’t here because someone told me to come here, or because I needed to do something here. I was here just because I wanted to be. I knew that it was something that I was going to need to work on so that it could stop, but for now, I didn’t have a problem with it.
And I didn’t think that I was going to have a problem with it any time soon, unless Persephone came to realise that there was something that was amiss. I would have to put things with Dilara on a shocking……
