Aina pov:

Today is my birthday. I know it is going to be a very boring day for me because I have to report to work today. I told no one except Otto about my birthday.

I put on a dirndl( traditional German dress)

I prepared custard for breakfast for myself and my aunt Ella.

I just wanted to leave home quickly. My plans for today were to report to work and after that, I would visit the river Elbe and swim for as many hours as I love.

"Take care dear." Aunt Ella hugged me.

" I hope you will be at home when I am back," I asked.

" I may not, I have to visit the Canostus family. "

"For what !?" I asked my aunt. I suspected she was planning an arranged marriage for me again.
