She swivels and sits on the bed knowing she pushed herself too hard, too fast. If she allows herself to be so vulnerable and weak, of course he is going to help her. She doesn't know what is going on with him, but he seems to be determined to do something, the man who has idly existed next to her for all these years just won't stop. She's not sure whether it is make up for something he thinks he owes or if it is because he has decided that she is valuable. Maybe it is the perks of being the trainer.
