Harper's POV
Hearing the maid say that the cake was about to be cut made my knees buckle. I wondered how the people would look at us when we walked back into the hall.
They wouldn't say anything because I belonged to the Alpha's family and Atlas's presence beside me but that wouldn't stop them from throwing glares at me.
I stared at Adonis who was ready to punch Atlas on the face and stepped between them after the maid had left. "No fighting remember?" I reminded them and Adonis calmed while Atlas grinned in a cocky manner.
"Let's go," I urged them and held both their hands to reduce the tension between them.
My steps faltered as I imagined the looks of disgust that would be plastered on their faces while I walked in with them. Atlas sensed my anxiety and held me reassuringly. I didn't want to ……
