I can't believe how much of a fu.ck up my brother really is. I have lost everything, my pack, my money, my businesses and the fu.cking elemental bit.ches, and my brother is now in the fu.cking wind, while I am stuck in this hovel, surviving on whatever I can catch.

My wolf, Trent, has also abandoned me. I can barely feel him anymore. He warned me not to go down this road, that my brother was as mad as our father, but I didn't listen.

Well, I didn't really have a choice. I may be the older brother, but Barton was always the stronger, his hunger for power and violence has always made me scared of what he is capable of.

After what he did to dad, I have not taken any chances. I may have taken what was left of his life, but it was more a mercy I granted him, my brother was a monst……
