I glared at Kain, the man who had vowed to take my daughter. Two men stepped up beside him with smirks on their faces. “You should leave while you still have a chance,” I told him warningly, hoping he would second guess what he was about to do. “Don’t worry, I’m going to leave…as soon as you give me my daughter.” He looked around the hallway, “Where is your precious mate at?” he sneered as he took a step towards me. I didn’t move. I knew he was trying to intimidate me, but little does he know I am not the same girl I used to be.
