She takes the option of surgery, and she also knows there is only zero percent chance of her survival, if she doesn't go through one of them, then her family and Ryan will lose her forever, every passing hour was letting her see death, she knows she is going to die, and that's why she runs from her house, and try to attempt suicide, but Ryan's love makes her stay.
