Luna Freya, The Vengeful Assassin

She stood before the palace's main gate, staring at the widened and how decorated it was with lots of artwork. A scoff left her throat as she made her way towards the fence instead to avoid being embarrassed by the guards, and then she jumped into the palace compound. It's already seventeen years since she escaped from this palace. A day she will never forget—a day that's always a nightmare. That day she lost her parents in the hands of the ruling family of the pack. Her name is Freya, the Alpha Princess whose parents were massacred seventeen years ago. She is that little girl who ran for her life after watching her parents take their last breath. Having nowhere to go, she ran into the woods and ended up as a rogue. For seventeen years now, Freya has been living as a secret assassin who carries out missions for people just for her to survive, and she had promised to avenge her parent's death anytime so she can take back the throne which belongs to her. Here she is now, on a mission to get rid of the Alpha King of the Oasis Pack. Alpha Arthur is the son of the couple that killed her parents, and this is her opportunity to take her revenge. She won't spare a soul in that palace, every living soul of that family must go down. She opened the map again, to be sure she didn't miss the road, and when she lifted her face, the man she saw was who she wasn't expecting to see by this time of the night. “Your face isn't familiar, who are you?” His deep calm voice echoed in her ear. She bit her lower lips. “I am a maiden of this pack. What else do you want to know?” She walked closer to him. “Are you the king or his Beta?” He laughed at her. “Seriously!? If I tell you that I'm the king, will you bow down to me?” He got hold of the ribbon she had used to hold her hair, pulling it down. “Wow! You look more beautiful with your hair this way.” She shoved her hair and clenched her fist, glaring at her worst enemy. She had seen his photo before coming into the palace to survey how it was before the attack, and she could attest that he was far different from what she saw in the photo. The man she saw looked weak, making her think of her mission as not having any reason to be unaccomplished. But looking at him right now, he's a strong warrior and not just an Alpha king. With his sword at his side while he walks around the palace only means one thing—that he's always alert and will likely take her life if she makes any single mistake. He tapped her shoulder. “A maiden of my pack! What brought you here by this time of the night when you should be home? Don't you know how dangerous it is for a female to walk around the pack?” She sighed. “I understand how caring you are, but I feel like this is the best time to see how the palace looks.” She uttered, her voice calm so she wouldn't look suspicious. He clapped his hands. “Wonderful! You mean, you love the palace and want to be in it? Don't you have a family that would stop you when you're leaving?” “I am an orphan, so no one is guiding me.” She snapped instantly, her gaze focused on him. He nodded. “Sorry for that.” He came closer and rubbed his palm on her hair. “Your life must be hell, what if I render you an offer?” She rolled her eyes. “What offer?” She would do anything to get rid of him, even if it meant being his slave because looking at him and what he's able to do, he is a very cautious king. “Become my Luna!” Her eyes flew wide on hearing that. Is he okay upstairs? Walking up to a strange female and wanting to make him his Luna? She finally smiled, but heaven knows that there's hatred behind it. “You must be drunk to say that. I am too common to be your Luna, and an Alpha king isn't supposed to choose a random lady as his Luna.” her lips stretched apart. “Allow me to view the palace just this once, and I'll leave without letting you see me again. Don't punish me with such an offer.” “I mean it.” He came closer. “Fine, I have never wanted a Luna, but my parents are pestering me to choose the woman they brought for me and I don't want to. So if you can be my acting Luna, I'll crown you once you give an heir to the throne.” She arched her brows. This looks like a deal! “And what will you do with her that your parents brought for you?” she asked. It looks like a greater opportunity to get what she wants. By being his Luna, she will learn his ways and then know his weak point. And when she will attack them, taking the throne to herself will not be that difficult for her. And as for the heir to the throne, there's no way he will be the father of the child. She already has a lover who trained her—and since they have the same aim, she will get pregnant for him and convince Alpha Arthur that the child belongs to him. Immediately after she's crowned Luna, she will execute her plans. Alpha Arthur held her hands. “Elora will be my mistress while you'll be the acting Luna.” She nodded. “Okay, I'll be your Luna.” Her eyes were dazzling. He licked his lips in happiness. “My name is Arthur!” He stretched his hand for a shake. She smiled. “I am Freya!” She stretched her hand as well. “I am that assassin that will take away your life someday. I'll get back every single thing that belongs to me—I won't leave a dime, and none of you will live to see me rule my people.” she thought, letting out a painful smile. His parents caused her seventeen years of living in nightmares, and she won't let it slide. From today, she will be his Luna and the secret vengeful assassin.
