Prologue
He slapped her on the face and she fell down to his feet.
“Stay away from me,” he screamed, and she could not believe it, in her ears. He was a poker face. All these years he abused her and when she came back and found his change of heart, he broke her again?
“Stephen, please,” she begged. He looked down in her eyes and held her shoulders.
Suddenly, she felt her wolf was alert. “No…please no…” she was about to stop him but he did not.
“I…Alpha Stephen of the Blackstone pack reject you, Evalyn, as my mate,” he said, and she felt his world was as shattered as mirror pieces.
She screamed and fell down on her knees due to pain. No one walked ahead for her aid and she knew only one person could do it and that was her best friend Cassie. Cassie was not there yet.
He looked down at her with hatred in his eyes and left.
She was screaming due to pain. She was humiliated in front of everyone. She got up and walked out of his huge castle. She knew he would not listen to her. He broke her badly.
“Where are we going mommy?” Harper asked her while looking up.
She smiled down at her. Her lip was bleeding.
“Home,” she said in a whisper, despite the fact she did not know where the hell home was.
“Mommy, but our home is here,” said Samuel, her seven-year-old son.
“Sam, my dear boy. This used to be our house,” she said, crying.
How could Stephen do it? He just threw his son and mate out?
Everyone was talking about her. Her past was repeated with her and this time no other person hurt her but her own mate did.
She wiped the tear away and walked towards the edge of space.
Guards were on patrol. Some of them looked at her pity and mostly looked at them with disgust in their eyes.
“Where on the earth do you think you are going slut?” asked a guard.
She felt anger rush into her head.
“I am leaving this pack and this is none of your freaking business,” she said, angrily.
He clenched his teeth and slapped her on the face hard; she fell on the bare ground. The cold soil hit her face. She got up and she felt her blood boiling. Her wolf was broken due to a wound her mate recently gave her.
She punched the guard in the face hard. Her green eyes turned golden; her wolf Nile took over.
“How, how can it be? No, no, this b***h can’t do it. Only Alpha’s wolf could take over a human body,” said the guard, panicked.
“I am the Alpha, you bump head,” said Nile with a smirk, and then in a matter of a second, she tore his head apart.
The other guards moved head to kill her but she killed them all.
Harper was scared and she was looking at all this blood-shed.
“Hey honey, come here? I.. I won’t hurt you,” said Nile, who still had control over Evalyn’s body.
Harper was getting scared. She retreated.
“Nile, she is scared, let me take control,” said Evalyn.
“Okay fine, hold on,” said Nile, and her eyes went back to green. Samael was not afraid; he was looking inside her eyes and she knew the reason; he was a pure Alpha.
“Hey, I am here, come here. I won’t hurt you. I promised you,” she tried to console her, and then she heard thousands of wolves were howling. She had just killed their guards and she was now officially a rogue.
She held Harper's forearm and Samuel’s hand ran as fast as she could.
Harper was crying and shaking due to fear.
“Mommy, they will kill us,” said Harper.
“I won’t let anything happen to you. I promised your father that I would protect you with my life,” she said to Harper.
“Mommy, my wolf is telling me to move to the left,” said Samuel.
“No, it could be dangerous,” she said.
“Mom, Oli wants to go there. He says there is safety,” he said, stubborn.
She looked back at the wolves who were chasing them and she couldn’t hold them very long.
She turned left with the children.
“Are you sure?” she asked.
“Mom, just trust us. This is the right feeling,” he said.
She looked at Harper, who seemed so exhausted. She could not run more but for her and Samuel it was easy because they were, werewolves and Harper was human.
She read the signboard which showed it was the end of space of this pack.
“We are in unknown territory,” she screamed.
“Mom, this was the only thing we could do,” said Samuel.
“Mom, I am tired,” said Harper, exhausted.
“I..I know honey,” she said.
“Mom, I need water,” she said. She could not take such stress.
Evalyn was more worried about her safety.
She looked back. The wolves were standing on the edge of the territory and barking.
“Evalyn, you are a rogue now and you have killed our guards. Just surrender yourself, you human children will be spearheaded,” he received a mind link.
She looked down at her son Samuel. She had always hidden the fact that he was hers and Alpha Stephen’s son. Everyone thought he was human and Liam’s child but the truth was something else.
“I will never surrender myself and let my children suffer for you,” she screamed.
The wolf howled.

“Alpha, she left,” said Beta Ethan.
He screamed.
He got up and shifted into his wolf.
“You have rejected her but you will not hurt our mate,” said Jackson, his wolf.
“She dared to betray us, Jackson, and now she will face my wrath,” he said.
“Stephen, you have already hurt her,” said Jackson, afraid, but Stephen had blocked him.

Somewhere in the hidden place
She was sitting on the floor with her arms wrapped around her legs. She had been living there in this golden cage for years. She never thought her own beauty would become hell to her.
This dungeon was her home or we can say her whole world for years.
