But she held on due to faith and that the moon goddess will work her magic because out of any human, she was blessed with a wolf as a mate. Well that was her theory anyway. A row of trees sheltered the long driveway with what looks like small pink flowers starting to blossom, the archway of the house was covered in vines thats made it look lovely. Memaws old brick house needed a bit of TLC but i loved it. No wonder mom was happy. “I knew you'd love it” my mom was smiling a wide smile at me. She grabbed her keys from her bag and opened the door. “Home sweet home Ana” she said witha sigh Memaws home was very big. She had a stairway from each side of the entrance door. The walls were white with pastel grey trimmings. Memaws old photos will still on the wall with all the furniture cpvered with white cloth. It was quite dusty but hey, the place has beem empty for a long time. Im sure we can do it up again. “Im going to check out the rooms” i said and run up the right hand side of the stairway. I turned left and there were 3 rooms. “Eeny meenie mynie mou” i said to myself and pointed to the far end room. “Looks like its that one...I FOUND MY ROOM MOM” i called out to my mom and walked towards the door with a handful of my stuff. I opened the door and my jaw dropped. I actually cant even remember being up these stairs as a kid. I dont think i was allowed actually. Me and mom stayed on the ground level the last time we were here. The colour was the same as the rest of the house, but this room was huge, with full mirror doors on what i assume to be the wardrobe. I walked over to the other door and opened it, my room has a damn bathroom! I was squealing like a kid! ‘YAASSS” i fist pumped the air and carried on taking a tour of my room. I had a door that went out onto a cute little balcony. Where it overlooked a huge meadow with a small house in the distance. I wonder who lives there? I thought to myself. “Ahhhh nice room dear, ooooh a bathroom!” now even my mom was squealing. “Mooom, cmon” i nudged her arm and she laughed “Cmon Ana, lets go get something to eat, memaw use to take me to this place i bet its still here” my mom suggested “Yeah sure lets go” i grabbed a hoodie and threw it on then followed my mom out. She locked the door and we headed into detroit city.
