Author's Announcement: This book will actually be a series of short stories and novellas, based on secondary characters in my debut werewolf novel 'Alpha Rising: Her Revenge.' They should work as standalone stories, but reading 'Alpha Rising' first will help give some better context and additional layers of backstory. I thought about creating full-length books for them, but to be honest, I'm not sure I have enough ideas to make a long serial novel for each of them. I feel as though I played out the main conflict in Alpha Rising, making it difficult to continue the story in the same way, even from different characters' points of view. However, some of the stories I have in mind will take the timeline out before and after the setting of Alpha Rising, so you'll get to see a little more of Kendria and Rowan's world! As I continue to write other full-length books within the same universe (unofficially dubbed the Wolven Rising Universe), other secondary character stories may be added here as well. Because of the nature of how I will be writing the collection of stories in this work, it will likely not be marked as "complete" for quite some time, as I continue to add stories. I plan to write the stories mostly in advance and release one chapter per day from beginning to end, but then I might go months before adding a new story. I will keep the distinction between stories by titling chapters clearly, using the story title acronym and chapter number as a prefix to the chapter title (ex. "Gamma Rising" will have an intro chapter, then chapters following will have a naming convention of "GR-#: [Chapter Title]"). I'll let you know of future writing plans in the Author's Notes and, of course, in the Heart of Nature Reading Group on F@ceb00k.
