The Alpha's Plaything

I was born to save the world. I know how that sounds, but it’s the truth, no I’m not some man who wears a cape, or a guy who was bitten by a radioactive spider, or even a man who became one with the bats, but I am a Werewolf, well sort of. My parents were pureblood Werewolves, both hailing from long lines of powerful Alpha’s, they were fated mates and completely in love. They were the Alpha and Luna of one of the largest packs on the planet, they were kind, fair and loved by their members and had many allies. I was their only child, a daughter, destined to be the next Alpha, it was rare for females to become Alpha but not unheard of. Once a female found her mate they would rule together, the female taking over the role of the Luna while the male becoming the Alpha, though unlike what most people think, the Alpha and Luna would be complete equals. I was 5 when my parents and the majority of our pack was slaughtered, you might be wondering how a pack that is one of the largest and most powerful falls, you’d be surprised at how easy it is. It only takes a few, a few who are power hungry, greedy, jealous, resentful and evil, the same ones who are charismatic, charming, and savvy, they came make anyone believe them, follow them and doing their bidding for a price. They only have to find those who believe them and who would be willing to follow them and they can take a whole pack down and watch it burn. While my parents fell, fighting along side their pack, I survived. I had been playing near a waterfall shortly before the attack, my father’s Beta, who was like an uncle to me, was watching me and when the call was made he hid me behind the waterfall and told me under no circumstances was I to come out unless him or my parents came to get me, he told me that the waterfall would protect me, and that I was destined to do great things. That was the last I saw of him, or my parents, I stayed behind that waterfall for hours, the sound of the rushing water drowned out the sound of the battle, and the fresh scent hid mine from those around me. As the day drew on and night grew closer, I hid at the back of the small cave that was concealed by the waterfall, I prayed that my parents and my uncle would come for me, I cried when I knew that they would not return and I curled into a ball to sleep, hoping that I would see them again. I was visited in my dreams that night by a beautiful lady, I could only assume she was an angel, she was glowing and was dressed in a pure white gown that was so bright it almost looked blue, she had amethyst coloured eyes that seemed to sparkle, and long blond hair. She was stunning, she came to me and told me not to be afraid, while I would never see my parents again, I was the chosen one, the only one who could stop the evil and she was going to help me, though I was only 5 years old, I was highly intelligent for my age, I was developed mentally beyond my years. That night the beautiful lady, blessed me with my powers, she granted me my Wolf to help protect me, she gave me the power of seduction, turning me into a siren that could charm any man that I wanted except for those with a pure heart and my true mate, she gifted me the powers of a Witch, so I could cast spells to protect myself and those around me, I was granted with the powers of the elements, the earth, water, fire and air, and she granted me the ability to shapeshift. With the death of my family, I was considered to be a rogue, she explained to me that I needed to find the pack she has specifically chosen for me to spend out the rest of my years, there I would find my true mate and we would eventually rule together, she couldn’t tell me where that pack was, and that I had to find it on my own, but she would be watching me, guiding me and praying that I’d make my way, at that moment I decided I would honour her and my parents and shift the balance back. When I woke up from my dream, I was thrown into a world that was more evil than good, with the demise of my parents and beloved pack, the balance of power was quickly shifting towards evil. I was born to save the world, and this is my story.
