She will help them, and show them an underground facility that belongs to a brotherhood of hunters where their parents used to be a part of. This woman will also tell them of a way to make every person who knows about them to forget. That is by summoning a demon. At first, their guardian will disagree. But, their situation will only make him realize that they have to.
