Sophia: "And that's it. What do you think Miss Smith?" Mr. Wang asked me with hopeful eyes. My dead eyes stared at his hopeful eyes for about 5 seconds before replying. "Even though you failed the last time." I said as I stood up from my leather chair. "But this time, I think you did better enough to get the deal. Congrats..." I said as I handed him a file. "Miss Ava you may email him all the details by tomorrow." I said without looking at her. "Yes ma'am." she replied. "So-" Before I could say something my phone rang. "Excuse me..." I said as I went outside. "Hello?" I started. "Sophia...you said you'll come back in 2 hours? it's been 3 hours young lady where are you?!" Yes, It's my mother. Always panicking as if I'm a child who'll get kidnapped by some goons, whatever. "Mom, I'm not a kid anymore. I'm coming back in 15 minutes don't worry." I simply said and sat on the sofa with my eyes closed and head leaned back at the sofa. "Okay...I'll go set the dinner at the dining room. Come fast." she said and left. After a while I was about to go to my room. When suddenly mom's phone rang. "Mom your phone's ringing." I said but I got no response. Is she again listening to music while working? "MOM?!"
